The artist, who entered music at the age of just 15, treated the audience to his beloved hits like Mhuduso and Naenda Kusema.
He posted a short video on his Instagram account that showed the highlights of the festival as he entered the stage and performed as he continued his tour in Kenya.
Aslay started with a song called “Mhuduso,” where the musician would repeatedly turn off the record and let the excited crowd sing along with the artist.
The song that gave Aslay fame was “Naenda Kusema,” which he released in 2011 when he was still a teenager, a song that touches on social values where a father is criticized for having extramarital affairs.
After Nakuru, Aslay performed again in Eldoret last night, on May 3, before coming to Nairobi on May 8 and 9, 2026.

He started his career as a musician under the management of Mkubwa and his sons, who formed the Yamoto Band in 2013, a group that included Aslay, Mbosso, and Enock Bella.
Aslay is currently managed by Rockstar Africa and Sony Music Africa.
